We are licensed PLUMBING CONTRACTORS, as well as licensed HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING CONTRACTORS.      Licensing is a requirement in the state of Arizona.  Using a licensed contractor can help ensure you get a job well done.  The Arizona State Registrar of Contractors (ROC) oversees all contractors in the state, requiring licensing for many contracting functions, including plumbing, heating and air conditioning service, repair and installation.  If a problem arises which you and the contractor are unable to resolve, and IF YOU ARE USING A LICENSED CONTRACTOR, you can enlist the assistance of the ROC in resolving the problem to your satisfaction.       Further, we are bonded, in accordance with the requirements of the state of Arizona.  If a contractor should fail to resolve a problem with your job, or go out of business before successful completion of your job, you can turn to the ROC's Recovery Fund, which all licensed contractors are required to pay into (bonding), for restitution.        We are also members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB).  Although the BBB does not have authority over contractors and can't provide legal assistance in the event of a problem, they do provide valuable information about a contractor's record of customer satisfaction.  It's a good idea to check with the BBB before hiring a contractor to work at your home.      And, we are fully insured.  Our company carries both General Liability insurance and all of our employees are fully covered by Worker's Compensation Insurance.       Having been in business in Arizona for over a quarter century, naturally we have thousands of satisfied customers.  We would be happy to provide references upon request.  Or, just ask your neighbors about us!
