Licensing is a requirement in the state of Arizona. Using a licensed contractor can help ensure you get a job well done. The Arizona State Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) oversees all contractors in the state, requiring licensing for most phases of construction, including plumbing, heating and air conditioning service, repair and installation. If a problem arises which you and the contractor are unable to resolve, and IF YOU ARE USING A LICENSED CONTRACTOR, you can enlist the assistance of the AZ ROC in resolving the problem to your satisfaction. We are also bonded, in accordance with the requirements of the state of Arizona. If a contractor should fail to resolve a problem with your job, or go out of business before successful completion of your job, you can turn to the AZ ROC's Recovery Fund, which all licensed contractors are required to pay into (bonding), for restitution. And, we are members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) - with an A+ rating. Although the BBB does not have authority over contractors and can't provide legal assistance in the event of a problem, they do provide valuable information about a contractor's record of customer satisfaction. It's a good idea to check with the BBB before hiring a contractor to work at your home. Finally, we are fully insured.
