Started in Scottsdale in 1982, we now provide service not only to Scottsdale, but to all of Phoenix and most of the surrounding communities. We are Licensed PLUMBING CONTRACTORS, as well as Licensed HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING CONTRACTORS, and Licensed REMODELING CONTRACTORS. ABOUT OUR PLUMBING DEPARTMENT: We provide complete residential Plumbing repair, service and installation. We don't consider any job too small. Need a sink stoppage cleared? We'll give you our very best service. But if you need a major Plumbing repair such as Repiping, replacement of a Water Softener, bathroom Remodeling or any job that requires a licensed, experienced Plumber, you can feel confident that we're well qualified to handle those major repairs. Since the company began in 1982, we've specialized in REPIPING older homes. Our founder and President, Jack Stevens, was the innovator of the One-Day REPIPE. That innovative approach to Repiping not only helped thousands of our customers save money, but also made the Repiping experience less inconvenient by shortening our on-the-job time. We are still the Premier Company when it comes to Repiping homes of all types (ranch style, two story, flat-roof - we do them all!) involving any piping material (galvanized ,copper, poly, pex). You may have heard or seen our ads: "REPIPE before the flood!". Over time, as more and more homes were built with copper piping under the slab, a new problem arose for homeowners: pin-hole leaks in the copper piping, from a variety of causes, create what has come to be called a SLAB LEAK. In response to this need, we added LEAK DETECTION services as well as SLAB LEAK REPAIR - REROUTES to our specialties. We purchased State-of-the-Art Electronic Leak Locating Equipment and made sure all our Plumbing technicians are well-trained in Leak Detection and all types of Pipe Repair. Today, we're one of the leading LEAK DETECTION - PIPE REPAIR companies in the valley, with a reputation for excellence. Other Plumbing companies that don't have the proper equipment, or are not trained and skilled in Leak Detection and Slab Leak repair, routinely recommend us for this highly specialized Plumbing service. With Slab Leaks on the increase, home builders turned to other options for Plumbing new homes. Many began using Poly piping. Unfortunately, problems quickly arose with this material requiring homes with Poly piping to be Repiped. Today, the preferred residential Plumbing installation uses PEX Piping. Throughout this evolution in residential Plumbing, Stevens has been a leader in the industry, providing quick, innovative solutions to each challenge as it arises. Today, we continue to provide quality solutions for homeowners' Plumbing problems - large and small. And our founder and President, Jack Stevens, is still very active in the business. ABOUT OUR HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING DEPARTMENT: We sell, install, service and repair most makes and models of Heating and Air Conditioning units. Our Heating and Air Conditioning technicians stay busy year-round providing repairs and replacements for our existing customers, and for the many new customers referred to us. Vice-President Mark Stevens supervises our Heating and Air Conditioning department and oversees all installations. Mark has over twenty years experience in the industry and is an expert in his field. He's always available to answer questions or help with solutions to any Heating or AC problem our customers have. One area of special emphasis is SEMI-ANNUAL SYSTEM CHECK-UPS. We consider semi-annual servicing of Heating-Cooling units to be essential to the efficiency and longevity of the unit so we encourage all our customers to have their units serviced prior to each seasonal change. We offer HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM Check-Up Specials at the beginning of each season, to encourage customers to have this very necessary service done, because we feel it is so important for every home Air Conditioner. As we tell our customers, you wouldn't drive your car month after month, year after year, without providing regular maintenace. If you did - you can be sure it would break down prematurely! Well, your Heater and Air Conditioner works just as hard as your vehicle, and needs regular maintenance to continue to work well for the expected lifespan of the unit, and to work efficiently (which can save money in lower energy costs!)
